This detailed imaging enables radiographers and clinicians to provide more informed diagnoses, assisting patients in their further treatment.

Job Description
The role:
1. Provide cross-functional administration support for key business initiatives as required by the Admin and HR Team.
2. Support HR-related queries, including general queries and recruitment support.
3. Craft, evaluate, and modify emails, letters, agendas, and other communications (e.g., newsletters).
4. Support with compiling HR Analytics for the Cork site.
5. Prepare and share internal communications, e.g., weekly newsletters and general site communications (e.g., car park etiquette).
6. Provide support for internal and external events (e.g., Kaizen events, visits from suppliers).
7. Prepare DHL documentation for shipment requests.
8. Provide discreet and confidential coordination of sensitive business information.
9. Maintain files/documents in the admin folder.
10. Support front-of-house activities (visitors on site).
