Job Description:
Role Scope / Deliverables: We need an SAP FICO BA to support integrations for three programs and provide basic FICO service desk support. Vendor integrations include IDOC configuration to EDICOM and from Coupa. Third integration is with Esker Cash Application platform, to which the method of data transmission to and from is not known yet. Service desk support would include basic GL accounting functions, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, etc.
Key Skills: SAP FICO, SD, MM module and integration knowledge. Basic GL accounting functions, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, etc. IDOC configuration, exception handling.
SAP Skills:
* 8+ years of overall experience in SAP FICO with 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.
* Hands-on ability to design and configure solutions in FI-GL/New GL, FI-AP, FI-AA, CO-PA, Closing Cockpit, and experience in working with IT teams in building interfaces, Workflow and Knowledge of HANA/BOBJ reporting systems.
* Very good knowledge in Finance processes in General ledger (new GL), Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Project systems, Cost Centre accounting, Profit Centre accounting, Asset accounting, Tax (including withholding tax), Treasury, Intercompany accounting, Budgeting & Planning, Financial reporting, closing cockpit, etc.
* Experience in S/4 finance or certification is a plus.
* Skills in niche areas such as Real estate (RE-FX), New Lease Standard, New Revenue Standards, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Robotic Process Automation, is a plus.
Business Skills:
* Ability to interact with various levels of business users. Ability to challenge existing business processes, when proved inefficient, with evidence and justification.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and presentations and work with business and IT team members.
* Experience in working with Offshore /Remote teams.
* Experience in operations and project management, business process analysis, finance, and or accounting.
* Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and resolve systems and process issues in a collaborative manner with cross-divisional peers.
* Strong in MS Office suite with Analysis and presentations.
* High-tech industry experience is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
* Must be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members.
