Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Late Evening Shift
Our client, a Galway-based healthcare business, is seeking a customer service representative for a permanent on-site role.
This position involves working a night shift from 5 pm to 1 am, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner, resolving issues/complaints related to the company's products.
- Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Completing documentation to in-house standards and adhering to all in-house procedures.
- Working in a safe manner at all times.
- Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written English at a high level.
- Minimum 1 year's experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Estimated Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
