Proactively attract and source candidates: Utilize a diverse array of strategies to directly attract and source candidates, with a particular focus on niche roles. Accountable for achieving recruitment outcomes and fulfilling established recruitment targets.
Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business units and candidates to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Understand business and technical needs: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and the specific technical competencies necessary for each role.
Ensure seamless onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Actively manage candidate engagement from initial contact through to their successful integration into the company.
Provide recruitment analytics: Deliver detailed statistical data and reports to the Recruitment Manager to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
Skills Required:
5 years+ experience of full-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing experience within a technology company
Strong candidate relationship management skills, strong top-down communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders.
Comfort with using tools like Excel or specialized HR analytics software for reporting and tracking metrics
Experience in a fast-paced, transparent work environment and comfortable accepting and giving constructive feedback
