About the Role

Responsibilities
* Administer payroll processes across multiple countries, reporting to the Payroll Manager.
* Interface with payroll providers, HR, Finance, internal, and external audit to ensure high-quality payroll services.
* Work with HR and Payroll providers to ensure accurate information flow and timely payroll processing in accordance with local country requirements.
* Prepare month-end payroll activities, including journals, accruals, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with monthly and yearly local tax payments and requirements.
* Schedule and facilitate payroll-related meetings and presentations.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external agencies.
Requirements
* X years of experience as an International Payroll Specialist.
* Experience in setting up and operating payroll processes in a Shared Service Centre in a multi-country corporate environment.
* Excellent proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* High standard of Excel skills.
