Role Title: Senior Admin Galway 360 Satellite clinic
Role Location: Galway
An exciting role has arisen at Vhi for the position of Administrator within our new Galway Satellite 360 clinic.
Vhi Health & Wellbeing has been established to develop medical, health and wellbeing services for Vhi customers. Our clinic provides a range of health and wellbeing services to our corporate and private customers.
Our clinic is open from Monday to Sunday from 10am-8pm. The successful candidate will need to be available for a shift pattern across these opening times.

Reporting: Galway 360 Satellite clinic supervisor
Role Purpose:
* Espouse the mission, values and related behaviours of Vhi Health & Wellbeing. Play a lead role in promoting a positive, engaging culture in line with the values of the organisation.
* Day-to-day running of the administration function with respect to Galway Satellite 360 clinic (this will include our New Satellite 360 MDT service and screening).
* Manage the operational running of appointment led clinics.
* Manage admin staff.
* Manage all communications in a respectful and courteous manner e.g., face-to-face, phones, email, etc.
* Ensuring all patient information is entered accurately and computerized patient files are updated and secured accordingly.
* Facilitating appropriate tracking and monitoring of the service.
* Communication with members of the clinical team.
* Adhere to clinical governance processes and ensure SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) compliance.
* Provide support to the site supervisor and carry out any other duties as outlined on an ad-hoc basis.
* Stand in for Clinic supervisor when required.
* Overseeing appointment pads for scheduled care clinics.
Education & Experience:
* Experience in an administrative or customer facing role.
* Demonstrated capability in a customer facing environment is essential.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
Skills and Abilities:
* Patient and customer focused and demonstrating related skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Good IT Skills – Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrate alignment with Vhi Values.
