Job Summary
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work in our Wexford Office, providing cost management services for an expanding firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a similar field, and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a cost consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of cost plans and budget estimates
* Preparation of Bills of Quantities
* Tender review and evaluation
* Assessing Interim valuation payments
* Negotiating and agreeing variations
* Cost reporting and final account settlement
Requirements
* Minimum of degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a similar field
* At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a cost consultancy environment
* Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
