An experienced Quality Manager in the Food sector is required to lead a team and implement quality improvements in a leading food brand in Cork.

The Role:
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
* Manage and implement the Food Safety and Quality Management System (BRC)
* Host audits, customer visits, supplier visits, and regulatory bodies' visits
* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal management regarding Food Safety and Quality issues
* Raise and investigate non-conformances as required
* Evaluate processes for good manufacturing practice compliance
* Maintain and develop the documentation of the quality system
Requirements:
* Relevant Food or Quality related Degree
* 7+ years in the Food sector with at least 1 year at management level
* Ability to lead a team and make quality improvements
* Represent the company in supplier or customer meetings
* Excellent communication skills
