Job Title: General Operative

What You'll Do:
* Assemble insulation panels based on required specifications and instructions, including the building of internal, external, cassette panels, and cladding of panels.
* Pack panels in a safe and efficient manner per instructions on panel pack drawings.
* Ensure required daily checks on equipment are performed prior to use, and complete daily housekeeping activities after use.
* Assist the Supervisor and wider production team with any other activities.
What You'll Bring:
* Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing production line, construction, or other relevant roles.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
* Team player and good communication skills.
* Interest in learning how to read technical drawings.
