R.T. Lane Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Laboratory Instrument Specialist to work with a Pharmaceutical Company in Meath. Youll be part of the Analytical Development and Commercialisation (ADC) team, which provides all the lab support for the site. Youll report to the Laboratory Systems Lead and work in a state-of-the-art lab with cutting-edge technology and processes. Your main responsibilities will include: Keeping lab equipment running smoothly: Maintain and calibrate lab instruments to ensure theyre always ready for testing. Reviewing and maintaining equipment schedules: Make sure regular checks and maintenance happen on time. Working with a team and vendors: Coordinate with others to ensure instruments stay accurate and reliable. Ensuring data accuracy: Help maintain data integrity for all lab systems, both computerised and manual. Essential Criteria: A degree in science (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, or a similar field) or relevant experience. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and lab safety. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and good documentation habits. Motivation, focus, and technical skills. A team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
