About the role:
Flogas seeks a highly motivated results-orientated inside sales agent to help grow our commercial customer base in Ireland through multi-channel sales and customer-retention campaigns.
Main areas of responsibilities:
* Proactively engage in outbound sales and retention calls to commercial customers, building strong relationships and ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
* Rnegotiate and renew customer contracts through digital platforms and phone conversations, ensuring competitive pricing and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
* Implement strategies to minimise customer churn by effectively communicating the value of our diverse product range, addressing customer concerns, and offering tailored retention incentives.
* Handle inbound customer sales and renewal inquiries with a consultative approach, providing expert advice on products, services, and pricing to maximise conversion rates.
* Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities, educating customers on additional products and services that can enhance their experience and drive revenue growth.
* Proactively re-engage with lost customer accounts, leveraging insights to understand past challenges and offering compelling solutions to win back business.
* Champion our Customer First culture by delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
* Support additional sales initiatives across the company, including participation in events and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within the energy, telecoms, or financial services sectors, with a strong emphasis on outbound phone-based sales.
A third-level education is preferred.
The successful candidate must be driven, ambitious, and eager to make a positive impact through their work.
They should have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of digital sales and social selling.
Excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and exceptional negotiation skills are essential.
Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a proactive, self-motivated work ethic, ensuring they can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
