Job Title: Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator
We are seeking an experienced full-time Payroll/Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic team at our busy head office.
About Your New Job:
* Manage the weekly payroll for 200+ staff, including starters and leavers.
* Handle all payroll aspects such as ROS returns, weekly and month-end reconciliations, and employee payroll queries.
* Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
* Perform daily bank reconciliations and support ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in payroll processing.
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in accounts payable.
* Proficiency in Sage Payroll and strong IT skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Irish payroll and legislation.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
