We are recruiting for a Campaign Manager to work to develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on the wealth and employee benefits side of the business.
Overview of duties
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns focused on wealth and employee benefits
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions
Managing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution
Identifying and leveraging key market trends and opportunities
Assisting with other ad-hoc duties
Person specification
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of the Irish market and regulatory environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education / and or Experience
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role in an insurance and/or financial services company
Proven experience in campaign management, within the financial services sector
APA qualification (insurance or financial advice)
