ResponsibilitiesRole Profile To support our sales & leasing, provide best in class customer service and administrative support to the aparto team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage all general student related queries and correspondenceProvide weekly performance updates to the management teamEnsure that our Marketing Suite is kept up to date and ready for site toursMake appointments and assist with viewings of the Marketing SuiteParticipate in face to face marketing activities such as student fairs and experience programmeInspect flats, rooms, and kitchens during our turnaround periodAssist with the summer turnaround period, including resident check outs and check insPrepare the documentation and welcome packs for all new residentsRepresent as Ambassadors for Front-Of-HouseManage, improve, and update the office information systemsQualificationsOur Values and Ideal Person Specifications: We have great people who put the customer at the forefront of everything we do.
