Sous Chef Positions Available Across Waterford Excel Recruitment is currently seeking talented and driven Sous Chefs for a variety of temporary and casual roles in Waterford.
We are looking for experienced individuals to join our client's teams and help drive success in a variety of locations.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, particularly during busy service periods.
Be adaptable and ready to take on various tasks across different kitchen areas as required.
Provide support for shifts, including covering for full-time staff during holidays or illness.
Chef Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume kitchen.
A culinary qualification is an advantage, though not required.
Flexible availability, with your own transport preferred for certain locations.
HACCP and Manual Handling certifications are essential (training can be provided if needed).
What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay rates ranging from €18 - €20.
