We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media initiatives for our Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing global paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive global paid media strategies to promote Logitech's Personal Workspace solutions, aligning with overall marketing objectives and regional market nuances.
2. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
3. Regional Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the paid media ecosystem in Europe, North America, China, and the Asia-Pacific region to tailor campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional marketing teams, e-commerce teams, and external digital creative agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all paid media efforts.
5. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
6. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the paid media budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies that maximize performance across the full funnel.
Key Qualifications
1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on paid media; prior experience in a media agency is highly desirable.
2. Regional Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns on a global scale, with a deep understanding of local digital landscapes and consumer behaviors.
3. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
5. Adaptability: Ability to work independently within a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
