Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer at Cohan Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd. The role is located in Roscommon, traveling daily to client sites, generally within an hour's drive from base. The Engineer will be responsible for building maintenance, HVAC system installations and repairs, facility management, and general maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
* Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
* Experience in Building Services and HVAC systems
* Knowledge of Facility Management (FM)
* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Relevant certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
