RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsibility for the management of a team of 6 supply planners in the BIFG team (Bought in Finished Goods)
2. Generating and managing key supply planning reports
3. Instilling a culture of master data accuracy in the team
4. Engaging with the “Supply Planning System Implementation Project” currently in stabilisation phase
5. Developing the team’s capabilities and building resilience into the team
6. Overall responsible for the supply planning of circa 3,300 SKUs across 200 brands covering 35+ categories
7. Driving improvements and innovation throughout the Supply planning team
8. Managing inbound transport and liaising with procurement on any issues
9. Working closely with our production planning teams in each of the manufacturing sites
10. Building a close working relationship with the Demand planning, customer service, procurement and commercial teams ensuring your team is armed with the latest supply chain information

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Customer/Demand/Supply background within the drinks/food/retail or similar required
2. Demand/Supply planning experience required preferably in FMCG or another fast-paced environment
3. Experience using recognized ERP/Planning system Exceedra/SAP/Oracle/Navision/IFS
4. Highly proficient in Excel
5. Experience driving reviews cross-functionally within a business an advantage
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. 3rd level degree in relevant discipline
8. APICS/IPICS/IBF Certification an advantage
