HR Executive Assistant
A dynamic and experienced HR Executive Assistant is sought to join the Organisational Development team of our Public Sector client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboarding: Manage the day one experience for new joiners, ensuring a seamless handover to relevant managers. Conduct quarterly strategic inductions to enhance positive employee experiences across locations.
* Learning & Development: Support Learning Academy delivery by scheduling, promoting, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting training initiatives. Maintain accurate data on the management information system (MIS).
* Performance & Effectiveness: Manage probation reviews for all new joiners, ensuring timely completion. Support the annual Performance and Development process through systems support, communication, monitoring, and report production.
* Communications: Manage the learning email box and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Liaise with HR&OD specialists to create engaging content for the monthly HR&OD newsletter.
* Employee Engagement: Assist in preparing and executing the Employee Survey. Coordinate post-survey interventions.
* Early Careers: Support the Graduate programme Lead in coordinating graduate rotations and events. Participate in graduate recruitment processes, including assessment centre deliveries.
* HR Systems: Play an active role in implementing and rolling out LMS and TMS. Maintain and validate data on these systems.
* HR Operations: Support recruitment competitions at level B as required. Provide cover support for HR Operations level B as needed.

Additional Requirements:
* Ability to work well under pressure, flexibly, and independently
* Rlevant Level 8 third-level business/sector-related degree recognised on the National Qualification Framework
* Experience in HR is preferable but not essential
* Excellent IT skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
* Absolute confidentiality and discretion expected
* Limited domestic travel and flexible working hours required
