Job Title: L1 Support Engineer – Laptop Rollout (Contract)
Location: Dublin (Multiple Sites)
Duration: 4-6 Months (Potential for Extension)
We are seeking multiple L1 Support Engineers to assist with a large-scale laptop rollout and M365 upgrade across multiple sites in Dublin. This is a contract role with an initial duration of 4-6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy, configure, and upgrade laptops across various client sites.
* Support Microsoft 365 upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
* Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Assist with user onboarding, including profile migration, application installations, and system setup.
* Document and report deployment progress, ensuring timely issue resolution.
* Work closely with the IT team to coordinate logistics and meet project timelines.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, or rollout projects.
* Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Full driving license required, as travel between sites will be necessary.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
