David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.
Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Work model: Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Evaluate sales calls and customer interactions for quality, compliance, and consistency.
* Develop and update quality assurance criteria, benchmarks, and best practices.
* Provide feedback to sales reps and conduct coaching sessions to improve performance.
* Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps and enhance sales effectiveness.
* Generate QA reports, analyze data for trends, and provide actionable insights.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales quality and efficiency.
* Communicate quality standards and updates to sales teams and management.
* Maintain records of QA activities and ensure documentation is up to date.
* Utilize QA tools to monitor sales quality and recommend process enhancements.
* Drive sales growth through data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.
* Support clients with technical integrations as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additional fluency in French OR Italian would be classed as a huge advantage.
* 2+ years of experience coaching and developing sales professionals.
* Expertise in designing and implementing quality assurance processes, programs, and evaluation rubrics.
* Preferred experience in software vendors, IT services, SaaS, or system integration sectors.
* Proficient in CRM software, with a focus on managing leads and opportunities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients via phone, email, and video.
* Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making.
* Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
* Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term demands with long-term goals.
