Receptionist/Administrator
We are seeking an experienced receptionist/administrator to join our team in Limerick city. The ideal candidate will have strong administration/secretarial skills and be presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle reception responsibilities, welcome clients, and address their inquiries via phone and email.
* Compose letters and reports for team members and partners.
* Oversee database upkeep and execute mail merge tasks.
* Organize and manage a high-traffic email inbox.
* Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings.
* Supervise and replenish supplies of stationery and office consumables.
* Assist with fundamental bookkeeping activities.
* Support the Company Secretarial Administrator regarding compliance with CRO filings.
Requirements:
* A strong sense of professionalism and enthusiasm, paired with the readiness and capability to take on responsibility using a flexible and creative mindset.
* The ability to work autonomously, handle multiple varied tasks with discretion, and maintain self-drive.
* Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, with proven interpersonal, administrative, and telephone abilities.
* At least 2 years of experience with advanced knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word.
* Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, database oversight, and Dictaphone transcription.
