Western Union powers your pursuit As an HR Business Partner based in Dublin, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that drive the business and the company's operations in Ireland, the UK, and the Nordics (Norway, Denmark, and Sweden). Your expertise will be pivotal in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
In this role, you will align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, enhance the employee experience across the end-to-end HR processes, foster employee engagement, and drive organizational growth.
Role Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution. Partner with other HR teams such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations to deliver an excellent employee experience. Implement performance management programs and drive employee development initiatives. Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performing organization. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations in Ireland, the UK, and the Nordics. Support organizational change initiatives and implement change management initiatives. Utilize HR data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Role Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field; HR certification preferred (e.g. CIPD). 4-5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ireland, the UK, and the Nordics. Excellent interpersonal, multicultural communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and work across different regions and departments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; experience with Workday is preferred.
