* Minimum of 2 years in business development, client-facing sales, or a relevant consulting role.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build long-term client relationships.
* An interest or background in the financial services sector.
* A results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
* Recruitment or HR consulting experience is beneficial but not essential.
