A key role within our asset management function, this Technical Administrator position supports the coordination and administration of aviation assets. Based in Dublin for a 6-month contract, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data and contribute to ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain technical records and specifications for aircraft, engines, and equipment
* Input data using asset management systems and reporting tools
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
* Support technical queries related to aircraft operations
* Assist with projects involving inspections, off-lease activities, and fleet-wide programs
Qualifications: Highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of aviation regulations and maintenance concepts is required. Experience with Microsoft Office and Leasepoint or Power BI knowledge are also advantageous.
