Administrative Professional Role

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responding to Inquiries: Handle queries efficiently via telephone, webchat, and email, providing high-quality support to customers and stakeholders.
* Data Management: Perform data entry across various systems, updating records, maintaining databases, and ensuring customer information is handled with care.
* Confidential Document Management: Scan, file, and organise confidential documents with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to strict protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
* Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and supporting the smooth functioning of the organisation.
* Problem Solving and Decision Making: Apply discretion and judgment within defined parameters to resolve issues and make decisions related to day-to-day tasks.
* Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow established protocols, guidelines, and policies to maintain compliance and confidentiality in all tasks performed.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and communicating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience in a similar role.
* At least four GCSEs including Maths and English.
* IT/Microsoft Office proficiency at a beginner level.
Benefits:
* An hourly rate of £11.59.

Additional Information:
* This is a full-time, temporary position, initially 13 weeks.
* The working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
* A Basic Access NI Check is required.
* The roles are located across various locations in Northern Ireland.
