We now have a fantastic new opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.
The successful candidate will join the Oak and Anvil Restaurant and support the Oak and Anvil Manager in the smooth running of the restaurant in the hotel, ensuring that our guests experience the highest quality service.
Main Duties:
1. Ensure that our customers receive excellent service of beverages in the Restaurant.
2. Assist in correct rostering within the department.
3. Engage with guests and act upon guest feedback, actively encouraging customer reviews.
4. Ensure SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained.
5. Assist in providing team training on our standards and customer service.
6. Work alongside and support our Restaurant Manager in all departmental projects and initiatives.
7. Motivate and create an engaging work environment for all team members.
8. Have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing it.
9. Guide and mentor the restaurant team.
