The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Restaurant Manager with a background in quality hotel and restaurant establishments. Must be a proven team leader with excellent service standards, able to train and motivate team to the highest levels of guest service. Further candidate attributes include:

2. Interest in / Experience of sustainable hospitality
3. Excellent communication skills, able to positively interact with all guests, colleagues and collaborators
4. Great attention to detail and keen organisational ability
5. Strong numeracy skills and financial acumen
