Community/Branch Manager Role
We are seeking a Community/Branch Manager to support and execute our vision in Local Markets. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and empower their team to maintain and grow our business and income.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills. They will be able to build strong internal and external relationships and demonstrate the ability to deliver on multiple business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
* Coach, develop, and motivate the branch team to achieve their goals.
* Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
* Maximise use of digital capabilities to support quality customer engagements.
* Support customer engagement team to make every conversation count.
* Drive productivity, efficiency, and service excellence within the branch.
* Demonstrate leadership in defining clear accountabilities and objectives for all team members.
* Think holistically and strategically with a proven ability to plan, organise, and manage a team.
* Be an advocate for AIB across the community, engaging with key stakeholders and community groups.
