Customer Service Agent
Are you a Customer Service Agent looking for a new role? As a Customer Support Agent, you will deliver world-class service via chat and email, resolving customers' queries efficiently. You will take ownership of issues, ensuring timely solutions with a professional and positive approach, all while working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. Fluency in English is a must.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide excellent levels of service to customers via chat and email, targeting first contact resolution and driving customer satisfaction levels to a world-class standard.
* Handle a wide variety of player and account queries within agreed service levels.
* Take ownership of any problems or requests from customers and ensure that they are addressed directly or escalated to the appropriate channel.
* Enter customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner to the relevant systems in line with AML and fraud prevention procedures.
* Communicate with customers keeping them well informed of products, services, and promotions.
Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Fluency in English and Finnish
* An additional language would be an added advantage: Czech/Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, Bulgarian, German, Portuguese
* Proven experience in customer service, e.g., call centre, sales, high-end retail, or hospitality experience
* Background in betting industry, call centre, or online services
* Interest in Sports and Casino products
* Exceptional written communication skills, professional, and in tune with the spirit of the platform
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and rapport
* Thrives in a collaborative work environment working to achieve common goals or objectives
* Demonstrates a positive approach, showing enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to bring improvements
