This is an exciting new role for a Conveyancing Legal Executive to become an integral member an expanding team. The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years's experience in conveyancing and/or receivership to include the following: Taking instruction from clients in conveyancing cases Corresponding with clients and third parties in the sale of residential and mixed-use properties Preparation and formatting for legal conveyancing documentation Dealing with phone and email correspondence in a prompt, efficient and effective manner Liaising with clients, solicitors and other legal representatives to resolve daily issues Stamping and registering deeds In order to be considered, you must have: Two or more years conveyancing legal secretary experience Be well organised and have the ability to communicate on a professional level with both colleagues, solicitors and clients Have a high level of attention to detail in reviewing documents and correspondence Have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
