Job Title: Sales Advisor - Larne
To provide exceptional customer service to Winemark customers in accordance with the Company's standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain excellent customer relations through effective communication, up-to-date knowledge of store products, and identifying selling opportunities.
* Assume responsibility for housekeeping standards inside and outside the store, ensuring compliance with Company regulations.
* Control and merchandise stock according to Company standards, assisting with promotional set-ups and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
* Comply with cash handling and administration regulations, adhering to health and safety information and licensing/trading standards legislation.
* Perform other duties relevant to the role as required.
Qualifications:
Skills & Experience:
* Three months' previous experience in a retail environment
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
* Customer-focused with a professional level of service, identifying customer needs and working to exceed expectations
* Able to actively sell to customers, demonstrating personal drive, positivity, and enthusiasm
* Good standard of dress and appearance, clean and well-groomed
* A good team player with the ability to work in a team environment
* Desirable: Interest/knowledge of wine, previous experience in cash handling, and stock control
