Hotel Killarney is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Reopened in 2024 after a substantial refurbishment, Hotel Killarney, a partner hotel of Tifco Hotel Group, has been transformed. With three new Food & Beverage outlets, full leisure and family entertainment facilities and 190 superior rooms and suites, Hotel Killarney is the perfect destination for all the family.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all recruitment and selection for the property, including internal hiring and succession planning.
2. Drive Training and Development amongst the staff to ensure that team members are ready to take the next steps in their careers.
3. Create & drive the engagement strategy within the hotel.
4. Proactive management of IR and ER issues.
5. Maintain employee compliance standards for the hotel, including proper HR Records, payroll and documentation.
6. Encourage a culture of employee engagement through communication; people management and progressive initiatives aimed at improving the working environment and developing Company Culture.
Qualifications:
1. 3 to 5 years in a HR management role, ideally in a hotel or customer focused environment.
2. Proactive by nature and a self-starter.
3. 3rd level qualification in HRM, Business or similar. CIPD qualification is preferred.
4. Experience in driving employee engagement.
5. Experience of payroll and cost management.
