Lead Game Designer

We create top-quality products through our constant search for innovation and competent management. We're looking for a Game Designer who will make an important contribution to the development of our flagship projects' gameplay and set new trends in the casual games market.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Tasks
1. Leading the creation of features from the game design perspective: creating concepts and game design documentation, reviewing game mechanics, designing game economy and monetization.
2. Drawing conclusions based on the analysis of features alongside analysts and producers.
3. Assessing builds and taking responsibility for the quality of implementation.
Requirements
1. Experience working as a game designer, lead game designer, or producer.
2. Game savvy, knowledge of the gaming market.
3. Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and formation of short- and long-term product goals.
4. Fluency in Russian.
