Job Title: Telesales Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales advisors to achieve targets, while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Coach and mentor sales advisors to improve technical product knowledge, sales techniques, and ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience.
* Be organised, suggest, and implement new processes and procedures to maximise the performance of your team.
* Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets.
* Deliver individual and team development plans and guidance for telesales team.
* Meet activity-based KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop qualified leads and deliver qualified sales appointments for field-based business development executives.
* Build, develop, and manage a pipeline of potential new customer leads through a CRM system.
* Be confident and clear in dealing with potential customers and able to give advice on solutions suited to their needs.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience of managing business-to-business telesales teams, ideally in a Telecoms/IT/Software environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Coaching and mentoring skills.
* Able to demonstrate outstanding organisational skills.
* Able to demonstrate successful implementation of processes and procedures to improve performance.
* Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
* Be comfortable using computer programmes, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and CRM systems.
Training and Development
To support your development, full training will be provided, including product knowledge and training on CRM systems.
