PMO Project Administrator Contract 6-18 Months
We are seeking a talented and experienced PMO Project Administrator to join our Risk Finance Technology team on a contract basis for 6-18 months.
About the Role
As a PMO Support, you will be responsible for assisting Technology Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects. This role requires engagement with multiple teams and stakeholder groups, including Change Management, Scrum Teams, and Vendors.
Main Responsibilities
* Supporting the Technology team in implementing governance and ensuring compliance to standards;
* SUPPORTING PROJECT DELIVERY AND MANAGING RISKS;
* Providing end-to-end visibility into project health;
Requirements
* Governance/Compliance mindset with ability to ensure adherence to Audit requirements;
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail;
* Ability to create templates/artefacts with clear messaging;
* Advanced level of MS Office proficiency;
* Experience working in an Agile development environment;
* Experience with work management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
* Financial services experience with understanding of financial products, business processes, and terminology (distinct advantage).
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
