We are now recruiting for a receptionist to cover 20 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Receiving clients & others coming to LWL either in person, by phone or via email.
2. Ensuring people are welcomed and directed to appropriate services.
3. General office administration, facilities and secretarial duties.
4. Following LWL documentation processes.
Required:
1. Previous reception experience.
2. Office administration experience including use of MS Office.
3. Excellent communication skills – (verbal & written), IT skills, interpersonal and organisational skills.
4. Experience of implementing proactive customer service initiatives.
This position is for 20 hours per week - working hours will fall between 8am and 5:30pm from Monday to Friday, to be agreed with the successful candidate in line with the requirements of the business.
