Job Title: Sales Advisor
To provide exceptional customer service, maximising sales and profit.
Responsibilities:
* Assist and support the Store Manager in sales, security, cash and stock control.
* Control and operate a Winemark store in the Store Manager's absence.
* Stock management and staff training and development.
* Customer relations and selling opportunities.
Requirements:
* Maths and English GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 months experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
* Ability to solve problems and work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Customer Service or Retail Operations.
* WSET Level 1 Wine Certificate; Level 2 also preferred.
Working Conditions:
* 30 hours a week.
* Full-time permanent contract.
