Responsibilities
* Participate in setting up new funds, liaising with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
* Manage daily fund operations, follow up with third parties, including investors and fund managers.
* Handle fund accounts, prepare periodic reports, and regulatory reports for fund entities.
* Prepare Net Asset Value calculations, year-end financial statements, audit management, and review fund-related reports.
* Review tax returns, maintain tax authority contacts, and accurately record client time spent.
* Take on additional responsibilities as required by managers or clients.
Your Profile
* You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
* You may have relevant experience in fund administration, audit, or fiduciary services.
* You have knowledge of the fund industry, valuation, and accounting.
* A basic understanding of investment product accounting, closed-ended funds in real estate private equity or debt space is advantageous.
* You are familiar with securities commonly encountered in the fund industry, including equities, bonds, contracts for difference, options, and futures.
* You possess fluency in English and team spirit, strong client relationships, and initiative-taking abilities.
