The Role
We are seeking a Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, address data-related concerns, and support customers in optimizing the SEAt S platform.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to SEAt S customers, assisting them with troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Identify and address data-related issues within the platform
* Execute SQL scripts and work with Postgre SQL databases as needed
* Manage command line processes and verify successful execution
* Oversee software and hardware updates, including applying patches and updates to the system
* Evaluate customer needs and ensure they have the latest and most effective platform version
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide clear, timely updates on issue resolution
About You
We are looking for a strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation. Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently and as part of a team are preferred. The ability to work remotely with high autonomy and use a range of tools effectively is essential.
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of SQL scripting and/or Postgre SQL databases
* Familiarity with running and verifying command-line processes
