Program Overview:
As part of our Graduate Program, you will work within multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of engineering design, project management, and cost control. You will be mentored by senior professionals and supported with structured training to help you develop technical skills, project management abilities, and a deeper understanding of the construction industry.
You’ll have the chance to:

· Develop expertise in your chosen discipline (Engineering or Quantity Surveying) while collaborating closely with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:
For Graduate Engineers (Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical):
· Project Design & Planning: Support the design and drafting of project plans, performing calculations and simulations.
· Technical Support: Assist in the implementation and execution of engineering projects on-site or remotely, solving real-time engineering challenges.
· Systems & Tools: Work with cutting-edge engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant industry software.
· Sustainability & Innovation: Contribute to sustainable design initiatives and the integration of innovative technologies.
For Graduate Quantity Surveyors:
· Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
· Procurement & Tendering: Help in preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids, and managing procurement processes.
· Contract Management: Support the administration of contracts, monitoring progress, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
· Site Inspections & Valuations: Participate in site visits, providing valuations, and preparing progress reports.
Key Requirements:
· Degree: Applicants must hold or expect to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 Honours degree in one of the following:
o Engineering: Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
o Quantity Surveying: Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
· Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
· Technical proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel, cost management tools).
· Communication & Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
· Motivated & Adaptable: Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced work environment.
