Service Technician CREGG are currently recruiting a Service Technician for our client, a leading company in the coffee equipment and service industry, to respond to reactive and service call requests.
You will work in a professional, efficient, and thorough manner across a broad range of clients, from high street independents to national brands and organisations across the Galway Region.
Full training will be provided for the wide range of tasks required in the role.
Qualifications/Skills Sought:
Electrical mechanical background with strong problem-solving skills Passionate about customer service and delivering high-quality work Full driving licence required Computer literate Ability to work independently with a flexible approach to location and hours Availability to work 1 in 4 weekends Salary/Benefits: Competitive Salary and Overtime.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform coffee equipment repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all equipment is left in good working order Ensure all work meets agreed specifications and provides consistent coffee quality Maintain communication with the central call centre, providing updates on job progress Comply with on-site procedures, including introducing yourself and seeking permission to begin work Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines, conducting risk assessments and reporting potential hazards Complete all necessary online job sheets, timesheets, and supporting documentation to validate customer satisfaction Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in good working order and report any faults Manage vehicle stock inventory, using handheld units to track spare parts usage Company and
