iNext Analyst – Spanish Speaker
The Finance Analyst, iNext is to support the efficiency, accuracy and compliance of the employee expense process across the European affiliates. The role will perform analytical work to ensure quality and accurate completion of services, SOx and Operation controls are in place and executed effectively. Internal controls are maintained in compliance with corporate policies.
Job Responsibilities
Operations
1. Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for all employee expenses & credit card related queries, both from a policy & system perspective.
2. Monitor and Review iNext Operations across EMEA on a daily basis to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of expenses.
3. Tier 1 and 2 support to affiliates – credit card queries, system error resolution, TT creation & follow-up.
4. Support credit card administration activities.
5. Interface issue – resolution and follow-up with affiliates.
6. Generic Mail Box (“GMB”) email response.
7. Participate in call with key stakeholders, including GPO, IBM, IT on TT resolution.
8. Prepare credit card account reconciliations in accordance with internal reconciliation methodology.
9. Prepare slides and participate in monthly/quarterly calls with affiliates.
10. Arrange accruals report delivery for monthly and year-end reporting.
11. Adhoc work (Manual data entry due to system issues etc.)
Controls
12. Post payment audit review for assigned affiliates, including follow-up and closure.
13. Review and understand the latest local travel policy prior to the commencement of post-payment audit.
14. Run reports from Concur and carry out audit reviews.
15. Preparation of audit report with details of issues and recommendations.
16. Communicate audit results to affiliates.
17. Arrange calls with affiliates to discuss issues.
18. Sharing improvement areas to affiliates and follow up for implementation.
19. Follow up with affiliates to ensure all identified audit issues are closed.
20. Prepare metrics and analysis for assigned affiliates.
Others
21. Participate in formal, informal testing on iNext enhancement and highlight any issues concern.
22. Participate/support in iNext projects.
23. Support the overall iNext team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training new team members.
24. Provide language support for iNext processes for our Spanish affiliates.

Qualification Requirements
31. Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
32. Professional working proficiency in Spanish (or equivalent) with fluency in English is a must-have and requirement for this role in order to be considered
33. Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures.
34. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills/Preferences
35. Three (3) to four (5) years of relevant work experience in a multinational company, ideally in a shared service environment.
36. General business/functional knowledge.
37. Experience in performing Employee Expense Reporting/Purchase to Pay process.
38. Audit work experience would be an advantage.
39. Knowledge and experience of SAP ERP and SAP Concur.
40. Strong resilience to ambiguous environments.

The reporting manager and primary team are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a smaller team based in Cork, Ireland.
