Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and senior-level HR professional to join our team as the first HR hire for a new US multinational setting up in the mid-west region. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a green-field start-up operation with significant growth and development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and delivery of new HR strategies and policies
Localisation of US HR processes for the Irish operation
Overseeing recruitment as the site expands (including for the HR team itself)
Leading employee engagement and resolving queries
Coordinating training/L&D, HRIS, and HR data reporting
Comps/bens administration
Supporting the senior management team with their HR needs
Requirements:
3rd level degree or above in a HR or closely related discipline
5-6+ years HR experience at a senior Generalist/BP or Manager level
Prior experience from a start-up type environment is an advantage but not essential
Experience from the pharma, medical devices, or related sectors is an advantage
High-level inter-personal skills and proven ability to multi-task and lead projects
Strong IT skills and understanding of HR legislation
