Tico Mail Works (TMW) provides a bulk mail production service for Corporate & Government organisations. Our core operations are to produce personalised letters, invoices and statements, fold and insert them in envelopes and then to prepare them for An Post to deliver.
Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire mailing process, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and delivering outstanding service to our clients. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including data processing, printing, packing, and postage, to ensure a quality and efficient completion of mailing and printing jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage mailing projects from inception to completion. Independently manage specific tasks and aspects of jobs as directed by the line manager/senior CRM.
* Cost Management: Monitor and document any changes in job scope that may incur additional costs. Produce all necessary quality control documentation, adhering to Tico Mail Works' standard operating procedures.
* Production Coordination: Prepare production sheets and assemble sample packs for review by the line manager before job commencement. Liaise with and brief each internal department on mailing details to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
* Client Expectations: Ensure all jobs are delivered on time and meet client expectations within agreed parameters. Respond to client queries quickly and update the client on progress regularly.
* Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough debriefings at the conclusion of each mailing project to review key learnings and implement best practices moving forward.
* Task Ownership: Demonstrate a willingness to assist with all aspects of the job, taking full responsibility for assigned tasks and ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Print Management Experience: While experience in print management or a mailing fulfilment/printing environment is advantageous, it is not essential. However, a keen interest in or understanding of the printing process will be highly beneficial.
* Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks, particularly those that are repetitive, requiring close attention to detail.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a structured approach to following instructions, while also being able to take initiative and work proactively.
* Communication and Administration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong administrative capabilities.
* Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Word is required.
