At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a NEC Construction Project Manager to join us at our Dublin office.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;
* Experience in managing construction contracts on large infrastructure projects.
* NEC Contract Management experience including NEC4 ECC and NEC4 PSC.
* Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
* Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients due to repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
* Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related.
* In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI.
* APM affiliation is a benefit.
