This is a 6-month position and working hours will be 8.30am - 5.15pm, 3 days a week between Monday and Friday.Your new roleAs Sales / Office Administrator working within an established Administration team, you will communicate with customers via telephone and email dealing with enquiries and providing quotes. You will be responsible for processing customers' orders and producing all relevant support documentation via the company's computer software. Taking customer orders, creating the sales orders on company software and converting them into Delivery Dockets - ensuring all paperwork is complete & sent with shipments/deliveries. You will be responsible for converting delivery dockets for UK customers into commercial invoices and packing lists (on a weekly basis).
