Job Title: Training and Development Coordinator
Job description:
The Training and Development Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and management of client engagement and membership for GORM consultancy services. This position encompasses a blend of operational oversight and client-centric responsibilities, contributing directly to the company's growth strategy and our social impact imperative.
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Support in day-to-day operations of GORM’s Equipping Leaders Pillar, including but limited to business development, once-off training, membership packages, tenders and tailored consultancy.
o Ensure smooth implementation and execution of services.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external trainers/consultants to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
o Monitor online courses and learning platform performance and address any technical issues promptly with the team.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Manage GORM Customer Relationship Management Software on Zoho CRM.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
o Facilitate client onboarding and provide ongoing support throughout their customer journey.
o Proactively gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and address concerns.
o Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.
3. Training, Memberships and Consultancy Administration:
o Manage client accounts, including renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
o Maintain accurate records of status and activity via CRM.
o Generate reports on membership metrics and performance, and consultancy services for management review.
4. Strategic Planning and Growth Initiatives:
o Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
o Identify opportunities for expanding client reach and increasing revenue streams.
o Collaborate with the team to enhance services.
o Assist in the development of new initiatives to improve the overall user experience and value proposition.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology. A Master's degree/Diploma with a focus on intercultural competence or Equity Diversity and Inclusion would be an advantage.
* At least 1 year project management experience, preferably in coordinating educational programmes and training initiatives.
* Strong organisational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Employment Terms:
* Salary: €30,000
* Working Hours: Full-time (2 year contract)
* Location: Remote (Ireland) with a requirement to attend the office (Dublin 24)/ client locations for meetings/training.
* Benefits: 25 working days annual leave; 2 Mental Health Days; Pension Plan.
