Built by developers, for developers, our platform simplifies and accelerates API integration, increasing AI agent reliability, while solving security and access control challenges.Your RoleAs our Staff Engineer - Core Product, you will: Proactively design and implement groundbreaking API integration solutions from the ground-up. Work directly with the CTO and leadership team, theorising about the future of applied AI to help shape the core vision of Jentic’s product. Work hands-on on the entire stack, contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle. Keep up with the latest AI technologies, helping us to figure out where they might fit into an AI-Native startup. Have the potential to grow into a leadership position as the company scales. RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:We’re seeking an individual who: Has 10+ years experience as a developer / technical leader, with broad expertise across various technologies and a strong understanding of both backend and frontend development. Has a genuine interest in the current state of applied AI, and is eager to apply the latest AI trends and technologies to their work. Works to understand a problem space and proactively contributes without waiting for a set list of tasks to be assigned. Has a demonstrated record of tackling complex projects from the ground-up, and is unafraid to strategise about how to handle future unknowns. Has a demonstrable history of self-motivation. Startups, meaningful open-source projects or any other type of self-driven experience is essential here. Is comfortable with ambiguity and has the flexibility to adapt as the company and team evolve. Brings high-potential, or hard-won experience, and is ready to make it count Wants to learn rapidly and contribute meaningfully.
