Shuz 4 U Ltd t/a Skechers Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in the safety footwear, workwear, or PPE industry. This role is pivotal in driving Skechers' expansion within the workwear and safety footwear market, leveraging strong industry relationships and sector expertise to accelerate growth.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
* Understands the specific demands of the safety footwear sector. The ideal hire will have an established network and industry presence, enabling them to identify and engage key decision-makers to drive business opportunities efficiently.
* Can hit the ground running, bringing in sales from day one.
* Has deep knowledge of market trends in safety footwear, including slip-resistant and safety ratings, technical requirements, and price points.
* Can advise on the competitive landscape, helping Skechers position its workwear range effectively.
This role involves a hybrid mix of client-facing engagement and remote working, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong industry presence. If you have a proven track record in the safety footwear, PPE, or workwear industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy focused on safety and workwear footwear, ensuring Skechers is positioned as a key supplier within the sector.
* Utilize industry connections to fast-track market entry and generate immediate business opportunities.
* Provide expert insights on market trends, including certifications, technical specifications, and pricing strategies.
* Manage tenders and proposals for large contracts in the safety/workwear space.
* Travel regularly to meet with distributors, procurement teams, and safety officers, presenting Skechers' workwear footwear solutions.
* Conduct product training sessions for clients to increase brand loyalty and adoption.
* Monitor competitor activity and regulatory changes, ensuring Skechers remains competitive and compliant in the safety market.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
* Maintain detailed sales forecasts and market reports to inform business strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience in safety footwear, workwear, or PPE.
* Established industry network and strong relationships within relevant sectors.
* Strong knowledge of safety footwear regulations, certifications, and technical specifications.
* Experience in writing and submitting tender documents and proposals.
* A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to travel extensively as part of the role.
* Full, clean Irish driver's licence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Experience in account management and sales forecasting is a plus.
